The tutorial fails at the end of the first turn -- after attacking with Wildcats the dialogue advances directly to instructions for the second turn but does not allow clicking End Turn, so the second turn can't start.
Thanks for trying the game, and the bug report! I see the problem now; after the shore battery attack, it goes to Logistics phase, when attacks can't happen. But the tute asks you to attack with the Wildcats again anyway, so there's no way to proceed to the next phase. I'll try and fix it.
Logistics phases are now skipped in the tutorial, so it should be possible to progress to Turn 2 now. Logistics phase only returns after the tute part of the scenario finishes and it becomes free play.

Yeah; and I tried messing with Logistics but it was only going to let me do that next Wildcats attack, so that didn't work either.
